DeKALB – Home sales in DeKalb County increased 15 percent in March, but it took the houses longer to sell and they fetched lower prices. There were 92 existing homes sold in DeKalb County last month, a 15 percent increase from 80 sales during March 2014, according to figures released Wednesday by the Illinois Association of Realtors.
