Foreclosure rates in Huntington-Ashland decreased for the month of December over the same period last year, according to data released Thursday, March 5, 2014 by CoreLogic, Irvine, CA. The CoreLogic data reveals that the rate of Huntington-Ashland area foreclosures among outstanding mortgage loans was 1.37 percent for the month of December 2014, a decrease of 0.42 percentage points compared to December of 2013 when the rate was 1.79 percent.
