Tinley Park home sales for the month of October decreased in volume by 13.5% when compared to last year, while the median sale price decreased by 7.2% from $180,000 to $167,000. The number of Single Family homes sales decreased by 25%, while the median sale price rose by 5.7% from $216,500 to $228,750. Comment?
