Iowa Attorney General Tom Miller announced Friday that a $470 million settlement has been reached with HSBC Bank over mortgage and foreclosure abuses. Miller said the settlement means Iowa borrowers will get direct payments for past foreclosure abuses, loan modifications, and other relief for borrowers. Comment?
