The three highest-priced home sales in Nassau County last month ranged from $4.24 million to $8.25 million. The priciest Nassau home sold in December was a 6-bedroom, 6.55-bath estate on 18 acres at 249 Cleft Road in Mill Neck that sold for $8.25 million in cash. Comment?

The three highest-priced condo sales in Nassau County last month ranged from $1.95 million to $2.95 million. The priciest Nassau condo sold in December was a new 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo at 2000 Royal Court in the Ritz-Carlton Residences in North Hills that sold for $2.95 million in cash. Comment?

A Carle Place office complex in foreclosure has sold for $17.3 million in cash, according to Colliers International, which brokered the sale. The 309,000-square-foot office building at One Old Country Road has been in the foreclosure process since 2011 after its former owner defaulted on a $43.8 million commercial mortgage-backed securities loan on the property.
