Homes sales in the Springfield area for the month of February are relatively unchanged from the same period a year ago, and while they're down so far this year overall, realtors are still optimistic. Capital Area Association of Realtors president Kristie DeBrun says there's remains one problem, and that's a lack of available inventory. Comment?
