The real estate crisis is still working its way through the housing market in the Baltimore region, though it is showing signs of dissipating, according to a monthly report issued Tuesday. Bank-mediated sales, mostly foreclosures, in the Baltimore metro area fell almost 7 percent in April, compared to a year earlier, according to data provided by ShowingTime RBI. Comment?
