Connecticut home sale prices remained flat in January, a new report Tuesday shows, but Hartford County caught an eye-catching, double-dight jump in prices, a hopeful sign heading in 2016. In Hartford County, the median sale price of a single-family house - in which half the sales are above, half below - was $201,000 in January, up nearly 12 percent, compared with $180,000 for the same month a year ago, according to the report from The Warren Group, which tracks real estate trends in New England.
