The number of El Paso County homes in some stage of foreclosure increased 29.5% in 2015, show recently released data from RealtyTrac. That means El Paso had one foreclosure filing for every 163 homes - a foreclosure rate that ranked 137th among 214 metro areas in the United States, RealtyTrac reported. Comment?
