The number of El Paso County homes in some stage of foreclosure increased 12.7 percent in the first quarter compared to the same quarter last year, RealtyTrac reported Thursday. El Paso had 506 homes with foreclosure filings in the January-March quarter -- an increase of 57 homes from a year ago. Comment?
