The Watertown Local Development Corp. should know in a few weeks whether a trip to Arizona will bear any good news about recovering money from delinquent loans owed by the former Fort Drum Vehicle Storage. Donald W. Rutherford, CEO of the local development corporation, also known as the Watertown Trust, will head to Prescott for a Nov. 4 public auction to acquire five vacant lots from the parents of the former operators of the now-defunct company.
