Yavapai County Assessor Pamela Pearsall is asking the Arizona Attorney General to overturn a county Board of Supervisors' decision to remove two divisions from her office, calling it a "constitutional overreach," with the support of 13 of the state's 15 county assessors. Pearsall sent Attorney General Mark Brnovich a letter signed by the other assessors on Friday, June 26, explaining that the board created a new department made up largely of Title and Cartography employees that were previously under her control.
