According to the latest CoreLogic report, the foreclosure rate in the greater Memphis area for May 2015 was 0.94 percent, down from 1.1 percent in May 2014, and down from 0.97 percent in April 2015. For Tennessee, the May 2015 rate was 0.56 percent, down year-over-year from the May 2014 rate of 0.70 percent. Comment?
