Wisconsin's housing market finished the third quarter on a high note with strong September sales, according to the Wisconsin Realtor's Association, a trade association. Statewide sales of existing homes rose 11.1 percent compared with September 2014, and the median price rose 4.3 percent to $155,375 over that same period. Comment?
