    The Luzerne County Sheriff's office listed Rich's Golf and Fun Center up for a mortgage foreclosure sale on June 3. The mini-golf center behind Victory Pig Pizza at 905 Wyoming Ave. in Wyoming has more than $1.4 million in debts owed to the property's lender, Frederick H. Rutzke Farms, and more than $16,000 in interest, according to attorney Michael Lewis of West Chester law firm MacElree Harvey. Mary Ceccoli is listed as the owner of the property since her husband, the late Robert L. Ceccoli, died in August last year at age 90. Their son, Rich Ceccoli, who also owns Victory Pig Pizza, could not be immediately be reached for comment on Wednesday.
