San Antonio's booming growth and low interest rates helped fuel another record for home sales last year, also pushing the area's median home price to its highest level ever. Anthanasia 'Nasia' Moncrief, 28, got into an argument early Saturday morning with Richard Spadel, 32, who rented a room in her house on the 4300 block of Boone Street in the Manayunk neighborhood of Philadelphia, according to Philly.com .
