Kenton County officials are considering a pilot program to help get rid of abandoned properties in northern Kentucky. The Kentucky Enquirer reports that the county is considering selling such properties in Latonia Lakes to neighbors, after foreclosing on them. Comment?

Regional rating agency, CariCRIS, yesterday announced that it was upgrading its credit ratings for Eastern Credit Union Co-operative Society Ltd by one notch to CariBBB on the regional rating scale, and ttBBB on the Trinidad and Tobago national scale. In a statement, CariCRIS said the ratings indicated that the level of creditworthiness of this obligor, adjudged in relation to other obligors in the Caribbean and within T&T is adequate. Comment?
