The sale of the "Keep-U-Neat" laundry plant on Railroad avenue will be held by Receiver Ingram Hartje tomorrow at 1 p.m. The plant will be sold to the highest bidder, on terms of $800 cash and the balance in monthly payments. Mr. Hartje said today that he had been in communication with four or five parties who are expected to attend the sale and make bids on the plant. Comment?

U.S. home resales fell more than expected in February amid a persistent shortage of houses on the market that is pushing up prices and sidelining prospective buyers.
