Boulder has the highest average home price in Colorado at $929,496, according to a report released Thursday by Coldwell Banker Real Estate LLC. The company's 2016 Home Listing Report ranks the average price of homes in 26 real estate markets in Colorado, as well as prices in 2,161 markets across the United States. The ranking price is for four-bedroom, two-bathroom homes in more than 2,000 markets. Comment?
