Fitch Ratings has upgraded the rating on the following revenue bonds issued by the Washington County Hospital Authority on behalf of Washington Hospital to 'A-' from 'BBB+': WH also has outstanding $10,205,000 in series 2008A VRDBs supported by an LOC from PNC, which Fitch does not rate but incorporated into the analysis.
