The Eureka Council voted in mid-March to enroll in Property Assessed Clean Energy a program where business and homeowners can make energy efficiency and renewable energy improvements and pay for the cost through an assessment on their property tax. The Humboldt County Board of Supervisors did the same at its April 7 meeting. Comment?
