Investigators said Faticone, who is also known as Janet Bixby, committed residential mortgage fraud in the closing process of at least three separate mortgages on properties in the Town of Phelps, Canandaigua and Canadice in November and December 2009. Investigators said Faticone, under Liberty Title Agency, forged documents and failed to record two of the three mortgages with the Ontario County Clerk's Office. Comment?

The third-quarter report from RealtyTrac on flipping shows that 26,947 single-family homes were flipped nationwide in the third quarter of 2014 - where a home is purchased and subsequently sold again within 12 months - representing 4% of all U.S. single-family home sales. That's down from 4.6% in the second quarter of 2014 and down from 5.6% in the third quarter of 2013 to the lowest level since the second quarter of 2009. Comment?

Eagle Home Mortgage, a lender affiliated with national housing developer Lennar Corp., has leased 8,340 square feet of office space at the 805 Broadway Building in downtown Vancouver. Eagle Home Mortgage is a subsidiary of Universal American Mortgage Company, a division of Florida-based Lennar Corp.
