August 25 - Homes sold faster and prices were stronger in July, but according to the Illinois REALTORS, lower inventory is slowing down the market. According to the organization's report, statewide home sales in July 2016 totaled 16,108 sold, down 6.8 percent from 17,291 in July 2015. Comment?
