The supply of homes for sale in Fulton County in March dropped to 395, an 18.4 percent drop from 478 in March 2015. But shrinking inventory seems to be the only positive statistic the local real estate market is participating in, as the median sales price for a home in Fulton County, $69,000, has dropped by 17.4 percent from $76,000 in March of 2015.
