Next year's Oklahoma Housing Summit in Oklahoma City will feature Iraq War veteran Noah Galloway, who placed third in this year's 10th season of ABC's "Dancing With the Stars" and was named 2014 Ultimate Guy by Men's Health magazine. The one-day conference will be April 14 at Moore Norman Technology Center, 13301 S Pennsylvania Ave. In 2005, as an Army sergeant, Galloway lost his left arm above the elbow and his left leg above the knee in an improvised explosive device attack. The Full Bench of the Supreme Court has ordered the Civil Law Court to put on sale assets of Israel Akinsanya, the former vice President for Public Affairs of the National Oil Company of Liberia in favor of the International Bank Liberia Limited , a local commercial bank, after denying Akinsanya's appeal. Associate Justice Philip A.Z. Banks, who delivered the opinion on behalf of his colleagues, explained that Mr. Akinsanya failed to meet the requirement of the law, due to his failure to complete his appeal process against the 2013 ruling of Judge Boima Kontoe of the Civil Law Court to the High Court.
