Federal Home Loan Bank of Atlanta announced today that it has awarded more than $2.6 million to assist in the funding of nine affordable housing initiatives in Florida as part of its 2015 Affordable Housing Program . The awarded initiatives, which are located in Avon Park, Fort Myers, Citrus County, Immokalee, Miami, St. Augustine, Arcadia, Jacksonville, and Port St. Joe, support the construction and rehabilitation of housing for veterans and very low- to moderate-income individuals.
