The Byrnes, who are in the band Fallen Stars, have been notified that their rent will increase by $600 a month to $2,050 on June 1. High demand and a limited supply of rentals continued to push rents to all-time highs during the first quarter of 2017, according to Reis Inc., a commercial real estate data firm. Comment?

Bobbo and Tracy Byrnes have been notified that their rent will increase by $600 a month to $2,050 on June 1. The couple has lived at Huntington Manor Apartments for over 17 years, the only home they have lived in since they moved to California. DENVER, the United States , April 30, -- The Denver real estate market was so hot that home buyers grabbed properties in Denver faster than anywhere else in the United States, according to a new report from real estate brokerage website Redfin, who said Millennials changed the map.
