Letalvis Cobbins moved to max security prison
Convicted killer Letalvis Cobbins has been moved to a maximum-security prison. The 26-year-old Cobbins was convicted in August of first-degree murder in the Knoxville torture slaying of Channon Christian and facilitating the murder of her boyfriend Christopher Newsom in 2007.
