Uh oh, not much to say here, but looks like this fellow will need a new job. Although I'm not sure how they can convict if he refused the test. As far as I know, he loses license for a year, which means he can't drive a cop car.

He ruined many lives now he gets to see what it feels like. If we could only get some common sense dui laws. If you give 10 people 4 drinks it will affect each of the very differently but they are all the same in the eyes of the law. No matter which way you turn out goverment is against use.

So thats the first time he's been caught, Not the first time the "HYPOCRITE" was just sent on his way. Cops like to look out for each other. At least this time a true police officer was on duty! What do you think of them apples "Mothers Against Drunk Drivers"? Better do your homework before you go giving out awards to drunks! Bunch of "HYPOCRITES" in that gang too!!!!!!!

before anyone adds that he is still a human and we all make mistakes let me add that is true but if you choose a profession that you are to enforce the laws then you should have to live by those laws. If you feel the need to start breaking them then it is time to choose a different profession. He should have just called someone to pick him up (just as he probably told all those people he gave DUI's to)

The thing is this is nowhere near a "mistake" he is an officer of the law and should be fired. He set a bad example for all the DUI Offenders he locked up.
