Monday morning on Today in Alabama, Montgomery Mayor Todd Strange shared an exclusive announcement about the plans to renovate the historic Kress Building at 39 Dexter Avenue in downtown Montgomery. The Mayor says the private developer plans to add additional floors to the existing building for residential space with retail and restaurant space on the bottom floor.
