Chinese is Monogamy. Compare to Han people,the minorities such as Uigurs, Tibtians etc can have many children. at least 2 chilren.
Family planning, is just for Han people.

Ethnic minorities have many privileges in education, law, policy etc.

So all of Han People want to be Ethnic minorities, because Ethnic minority always means better chance for education, can have more than 2 children, and other privileges...

Burqa is one of the most hateful dress any self-respecting women will refuse to wear. It forces women to live without identity. It show talibans are animals who can be provoked by anything which look like women. So they need to be hidden.

Chinese govt can improve the cities and it's infrastructure because govt can take over any land if it requires. India has democracy and it's very difficult to improve if the land belong to someone without court cases and long waste of time.

I heard poverty in rural China is similar to India, what do you want to say about that ?
