Current COAS Ashfaq Kayani is very determined and brave person.He also has some face looks like

According to western magazine Pakistan's COAS Ashfaq Kayani has complete plan how to counter India,terrorism and internal or external threats.

If Pakistan gets brave, sincere political government and COAS like Ashfaq Kayani then all will get better.

Kiyani Biryani matters today (to the US) because he is the army chied of a failed country (Pak!) which is the epicenter of global terrorism.

The next attack on US is to emanate from Pak-Af border as per the US "World at risk" report.

The US summons Kiyani at will, and gets all the dirty job of fighting the Taliban (and dying) from him. Haa haa...

It is shameful that US talks to Pak's army chief when Pak has a prezzi and PM.

The fact is, as you know, the real center of power in Pakistan is the army and ISI. It's always been that way. Kiyani is just being decent that he does not display it overtly.

The democratic govt in pak is a powerless puppet. It is there just to make common pakis feel good about having a democracy in place.

When the US talks to the PM/Pressi the pak army reasserts its power and that they are key stakeholders in pak affairs.

You can't blame the US for talking to them

Army is real power because Pakistan always have threat's from India and RAW.So Pakistan army's main roll in country is must.

the biggest threat to pakis is the paki army and the ISI.

The paki army has destroyed democratic institutions in Pakistan and left the pak public abegging on the streets while army Sr.officers lead a lavish lifestyle.
