Smoke belchers warned

ANYTIME soon, Cagayan de Oro's anti-smoke belching ordinance will be implemented to curb pollution emitted by privately owned and public utility vehicles and those found with excessive emission of carbon dioxide will be penalized, the City Local Environment and Natural Resources Office announced recently.
