The Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency in Ilocos Region confirmed that Barangay Bonuan Binloc in Dagupan City is the source of illegal drugs filtering into other parts of Pangasinan, La Union and Baguio City as affirmed by most arrested drug pushers and dealers in those areas.
