Police offer $10,000 reward for suspect in Palo Alto shooting

A $10,000 reward has been offered by Palo Alto for information leading to the arrest and conviction of a 22-year-old suspect in the robbery and murder last Sunday in downtown Palo Alto.

If I were the cops, I'd be harrassing his family with search warrants 3 times a day until they give him up. They need to lock this animal up.
