I have my own homeless "ministry": I hand out shooters (tiny 50 ml bottles) of liquor.
For each homeless person in the city, there is plenty of food available, as well as a place to sleep and a program to get back on their feet. Therefore, anyone who is on the streets instead of in a shelter or program needs something else right now, and that something is likely a shot of good ol' Southern Comfort. |
