    John Joseph Fair, 65, of Weirton, W.Va., passed away Saturday, Feb. 18, 2017, at UPMC Shadyside Hospital, Pittsburgh, after a lengthy illness. John, a humble,soft spoken man, graduated from Weir High School in 1969, Ohio Valley School of Nursing in 1973 and Shadyside Hospital School of Nurse Anesthesia in 1976, where he earned his CRNA.

Bill was born January 21, 1934, in Shadyside, Ohio, a son of the late Dale and Adelaide Truax Icenhour Sr. He was retired Regional Sales Manager for Nickles Bakery, Martins Ferry, OH, a 1952 graduate of Bellaire High School and a Korean War Army Veteran.
