    He is survived by his companion of 20 years Virginia Miller; her children, Sarah Justice of Belpre, Ohio, Brenda Powell of Belpre, Ohio, Tammy Allison of Waverly, W.Va., and Matthew Miller of Belpre, Ohio; his children, Pam King Sams of Washington, D.C., Cassy King of Silver Spring, Md., and Tim King of O'Fallon, Mo.; many grandchildren; and two sisters, Nancy Moran and Betty Murray. Visitation will be today from 6-8 p.m. at Leavitt Funeral Home, Parkersburg.

    Mark Garrison

    He was born June 1, 1959, in Marietta, Ohio, son of the late Archie D. and Edith R. Pittman Garrison. Mark was a 1977 graduate of Williamstown High School and worked for the Parkersburg Utility Board as a Crew Leader and equipment operator.

    Lowell D. "Doug" Brothers, Sr.

    Lowell D. "Doug" Brothers, Sr., 64, and a resident of Eaton Township, passed away Sunday, May 24, 2015, at Mercy Regional Medical Center, Lorain, after a short illness. Along with his wife Linda, Doug moved from West Virginia to Eaton Township in 2008.
