    The Virginia Beach Police Foundation said the visitation will be held for Master Police Officer Kelvin Bailey on Friday at Altmeyer Funeral Home in the 5000 block of Rouse Drive in Virginia Beach from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Funeral Services will be held on Saturday at 11:00 am at Rock Church on Kempsville Road in Virginia Beach at 11 a.m. Police said that Officer Bailey was working the in the Centerville Turnpike area when he suddenly went into cardiac arrest.
