    Authorities say 16-year-old Samantha Coffee died when her vehicle went off the shoulder of NE 46th St. She overcorrected and went into the path of an oncoming pickup. According to Dove Cremation & Funeral Service, the funeral will take place Tuesday, January 26, 2016 at 11 a.m. at the Northland Christian Church located at 3102 NW Topeka Blvd. in Topeka to celebrate the life of Samantha Elayne Coffee.

    A Seaman High School student was killed early Wednesday in a two-vehicle collision just north of Topeka, an official with the Shawnee County Sheriff's Office said. Coffee was the driver in one of the two vehicles that collided in the 100 block of N.E. 46th Street, Stallbaumer said in a statement about the wreck.
