M. Timothy Fiume, 65, of Centre Hall, formerly of Boalsburg, died Sunday, May 10, 2015, at Hearthside Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. He was an assistant professor of educational theory and policy study at Penn State University, Altoona and later at Penn State University, Main Campus before his retirement in 2012. Comment?
