    Mary Beth Benison of Shrewsbury, a former regional manager and baker, died May 3 at Rose Monahan Hospice Residence in Worcester. She was 53. Born in Worcester, Mrs. Benison graduated from St. Peter Marian High School in 1979 and earned a bachelor's degree from Assumption College in 1983.

    Louis A. Mathurin, co-owner and director of Happy Acres Nursery School/Kindergarten and Nita-Lou Antiques in Shrewsbury passed away on May 6, 2015 at the age of 92. He leaves his beloved wife of 70 years, Anita Mathurin and four daughters, Ora Aselton and her husband, Carl Aselton, MD, of Milbridge, Maine, Michelle Herx and her husband, Dennis Herx, AuD, of Falmouth, Nova Scotia, Margaret Phoenix of Worcester, and Justine Mathurin and her husband, Thomas Grillo of Southborough, as well as eight grandchildren, fourteen great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews. Louis was born in Worcester on March 24, 1923, son of the late Michael and Dora Mathurin.

Brophy and her husband Richard of Grafton, Mary Ann Boisvert, and Judy Antonucci and her husband Steven, all of Worcester; and two brothers, Arnold A.
