    Argument preceded womana s killing, suspect says

    James D. Flowers, 47, 2649 Skyview Ave., Sebring, was arrested by the Highlands County Sheriff's Office and charged with second-degree murder in connection with Linda Barley's death. He has also been arrested by the Sebring Police Department and charged with third-degree grand theft, in connection with the theft of an electric scooter from Walmart.

    Authorities investigate suspected homicide of woman

    Linda Adams Barley, who apparently suffered from Alzheimer's Disease, was found seriously injured behind her home at 2649 Skyview St., Sebring, according to the press release. Paramedics later pronounced her dead, the report said.
