    Thomas Graham Baker Jr.

    He was born Oct. 3, 1956, in Radford, Va., the son of Betty Gleason Baker and Thomas Graham Baker Sr. Tommy was well known to most Pulaski County residents for his service and genuine affection for this community. He was a member of the Draper United Methodist Church, he graduated from Radford College and The Washington and Lee School of Law, served as the Dublin town attorney, and ran his own law practice in Dublin for many years.

    Edna Alley Loftus

    She is survived by her daughter, Lynn; sister Paige Jennings; nephew Roger Mabe; and nieces Brenda Sutphin and Kathy Grossner. Edna accepted Christ as her savior while a child, and lived her faith.

    Joan E. Carrell, 70, of Chetopa died Tuesday afternoon, March 22, 2016, in an automobile accident that occurred south of Oswego on U.S. 59. She was born Nov. 21, 1945, in Radford, Virginia, to Thomas and Mildred Hamblin.

    Sharon Clair Bailey Clyburn

    Survivors include her husband of 28 years, Timothy E. Clyburn; daughter and son-in-law April and Bill Latour of Charleston, S.C.; brother and sister-in-law Richard and Rhonda Bailey of Nashville, Tenn.; sister and brother-in-law Pamela and Paul Whittle of Nashville, Tenn.; and granddaughters Ashley and Drew. The family will receive friends 6 to 7 p.m. Friday, March 25, at Mullins Funeral Home in Radford, Va.
