    2 people dead in Ashtabula County bulldozer accident

    Investigators say a man and woman were killed in an apparent bulldozer accident in Ashtabula County, and they're trying to sort out exactly what happened. The Ashtabula County sheriff's office says the two died Monday evening along a road in Plymouth Township, roughly 60 miles northeast of Cleveland.

    Frederick W. Wiltse, 96, of Janesville, died Friday, July 24, 2015, at Cedar Crest Health Center. He was born on Oct. 1, 1918, in Plymouth Township, Rock County, WI, the son of Jay and Ruth Wiltse.
