Virginia Ruth Hooper, 91, of Simsbury, beloved wife of the late William A. Hooper, passed away peacefully Friday, August 21, 2015 at John Dempsey Hospital, surrounded by her loving family. She was born October 1, 1923 in New Britain, daughter of the late John G. and Edith B. Luebeck and lived in New Britain until her marriage in 1956, when she moved to Simsbury. Comment?
