    The event is hosted by St. Mark's Episcopal Church, Millsboro Chamber of Commerce and the Town of Millsboro. Following a brief patriotic ceremony featuring the voice of Sussex County's own Cathy Gorman, parade participants will compete for trophies in the following categories: Best in Show, Best Stroller, Best Wagon, Best Bike and Best Dog.
