Update: No conclusions have been reached regarding the investigation into the death of cyclist Michelle Walters, who was killed while competing in Ironman Boulder this past weekend . However, Trooper Nate Reid, a spokesman for the Colorado State Patrol, says it's extremely unlikely that Timothy Lacey, the 55 year-old-driver of the truck that struck and killed Walters, will be cited. Connie Jo Bible, 71 of North Platte, passed away Wednesday at the University Medical Center in Omaha with her family at her side. Services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, Aug. 12 at the Berean Church in North Platte, with graveside services to follow at 3 p.m. at Memorial Park Cemetery at McCook. Comment?
