    Norma M. Moyers, 96, of Tuscarawas Township, passed away Tuesday, Feb. 7, 2016, at Shady Lawn Health Care Community in Dalton, after a period of declining health. She was born in Massillon on July 3, 1920, to the late Lorenzo and Lula Books and married Paul Moyers on June 16, 1951.
