Fire Marshal's investigators said a man died Wednesday from wounds suffered two days before when he intentionally set fire to a chair in an East Lubbock home. Noel Caudillo, 42, died at University Medical Center, where he was taken after first responders found him suffering from multiple severe burns in a reported structure fire Monday evening in the 300 block of East Rice Street, according to Lubbock Fire Rescue The Fire Marshal's Office was called to investigate and reported that the cause of the fire was determined to be igniting a chair with matches. Comment?
